Description
Sing Tao A1 Chinese Radio has an immediate opening for Sales and Marketing Coordinator whose responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support service to outside advertising sales
  • Maintain and update booking system
  • Maintain and update existing customers data base and all sponsor packages booking status
  • Collect information received from sales team and/or advertisers for work orders
  • Submit work orders to Production Department
  • Meet deadlines by keeping track of the IN & OUT flow of work orders and materials between Production Department and sales
  • Perform various clerical and routine tasks
  • Assist with marketing promotion and other assignments assigned by supervisor from time to time

Requirements:


  • Attention to detail; exact precision in data input
  • Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team in a deadline oriented environment
  • Strong time management ability with minimum or no supervision
  • Strong oral and written skills in English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
  • Relevant job experience and knowledge of advertising industry an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$15.63-$37.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • MARKHAM, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
