ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd. a Terex Brand, located in Olds, AB, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for its team. This technician will be responsible for assembling and wiring a variety of electrical components and products.

You will work with a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment to ensure that products are assembled to meet the highest quality standards and delivered to customers on time.

Qualifications:


  • Electrical experience and understanding an asset
  • Vocational or technical school certification in electrical assembly or related field preferred.
  • Able to read schematics and blueprints is an asset
  • Familiar with hand tools, power tools and basic tools used in electrical work
  • Basic computer skills
  • Selfmotivated and can work well under limited supervision
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
  • Able to work safely in a fastpaced environment
  • Think and react to changing conditions as needed
  • Flexible to accommodate varying shift times, if necessary
  • Physically fit

Responsibilities:


  • Study and follow assembly instructions
  • Build electrical boxes, with training provided
  • Sub assemble electrical components
  • Understand parts list and determine if all parts are present
  • Install software and familiar with the chrome browser
  • Communicate with the supply chain to order parts and maintain inventory
  • Interpret workorders, drawings and complete all documentation accurately
  • Position parts and subassemblies correctly using the documents provided
  • Assemble components, ensuring all parts are fitted and attached according to the documentation
  • Use tools and material appropriately
  • Ensure quality work is done in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up with supervisors to communicate status of equipment being worked on
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
