SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Overview:

Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for a New Homebuilder Sales Representative. Previous experience as a new home Sales Representative is a asset for this position.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service
  • Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products
  • Maintain knowledge of Ottawa's demographics and amenities such as schools, local businesses, parks, recreation facilities etc.
  • Walk potential homebuyers through the process of purchasing a new built home with Richcraft
  • Stay uptodate on all specifications, mortgage information, community information, construction and product knowledge
  • Ensure that models and existing homes are well maintained and notify head office for any improvements or touchups that may need to be done
  • Writing Agreements of Purchase and Sale with the purchaser, verifying design, lot, upgrades and closing dates
  • Preparing all required paperwork and reviewing that paperwork with the homebuyer from Point of Sale to After Closing
  • Provide timely and accurate responses and updates to all purchasers regarding the status of construction of the unit, anticipated delivery dates, closing dates and warranty deadlines
  • Responsible for visiting other builders in the same area and preparing Competition Analysis' on a monthly basis
  • Liaison with other departments including Site, Architecture, cost administration and the Design Centre when needed to ensure accurate information is communicated to homebuyers and potential homebuyers
  • Responsible for visiting the head office on a regular basis for pick up and drop off of paperwork/supplies and attend meetings
  • Responsible for selfdevelopment while taking a high level of interest in knowing and understanding Richcraft's products and policies.

Requirement/Skills:


  • Previous experience as a new builder or Condo Sales Representative
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • An active listener with responsive skills
  • Valid Driver's License is required
