Digital Marketing Coordinator-Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
  • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain online listings across ecommerce platforms
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
  • Manage endtoend digital projects
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Manage and implement paid ad campaigns across search and social channels
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay uptodate with digital media developments
  • Propose and help implement marketing programs and promotional campaigns on marketplaces
  • Manage digital customer servicerelated issues or questions and ensure timely response and resolution
  • Provide monthly and quarterly digital sales reports to the management team and key managers
  • Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity
  • Work with marketing team members in the development of content for brands' Web sites including copy, merchandising, banners, and promotions
  • Develop and manage efficient procedures and workflows for the digital content life cycle, including creation, approval, revision, and removal
  • Manage PPC advertising campaigns within approved budget
  • Review new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • College/university or master's degree; degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing
  • 13 years' experience in Digital marketing
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Curate and execute marketing strategies to grow Brand Awareness
  • Working knowledge of content creating software (ex. Photoshop, Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of Social Media Management platforms (ex. Hootsuite)
  • Track and optimize social media posts/strategies based on trends/customer segments
  • Ability to create compelling, creative content for various platforms (Website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Understanding of Brand Management how we are currently perceived vs how we want to be perceived
  • Create user engagement strategy to grow returning customers
  • Coordinate digital remarketing campaign
  • Knowledge of CRMs systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Written & Spoken Communication, Listening and Influencing

  • Proficiency in English. Other language skills including French would be an asset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels
  • Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively; actively listens when spoken/presented to
  • Ability to identify the decisionmaking style of stakeholders to influence the direction of decisions even when holding a position contrary to the majority.

$48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
