• Supporting Impact's consultants with client work in a variety of different industries;
• Support client files independently;
• Take on key aspects of government relations campaigns including direct engagement with Parliamentarians and officials;
• Preparing written and oral communications for client events, such as receptions and lobby days;
• Managing logistics for various aspects of highprofile or mediarelated events at Queen's Park and Parliament Hill;
• Liaising with media and government officials through written and verbal communication;
• Leading traditional media and social media campaigns;
• Creating communications pieces such as media advisories and press releases.

• Possess a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field;
• Possess strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal);
• Have a keen interest and knowledge of Canadian politics and the media;
• Demonstrates initiative, strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and objectives;
• Possesses superior attention to detail;
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team setting;
• Available to work occasionally outside normal working hours when required;
• Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
