Description
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and services
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and provide detailed invoices
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per year
