Physiotherapist Receptionist\Administrator

Rejuvenate Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation centre is hiring for Part-time Physiotherapist Receptionist\Administrator.

We are currently looking to hire an energetic, enthusiastic receptionist for our clinic who will be able to take care of the front desk, scheduling, billing, etc as well as help around the clinic as needed to Join our newly opened clinic located in Brampton.

We are Located inside a Busy walk in-clinic.


Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer telephones, schedule appointments, answer or refer all inquiries
• Collect payments and direct bill patient's insurance
• Maintain patient accounts and records by obtaining, recording, and updating required information
• Maintain patient confidentiality of personal and financial information
• Conduct patient followups to ensure retention and continued care.
• Assist the Practitioners with miscellaneous administrative tasks

Experience:

• 12 years' experience working as a Receptionist
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of Universal Scheduling Software and HCAI System
• Strong knowledge of Minor Injury Guidelines, TELUS Billing and WSIB Billing
• Complete fluency in the English language, (Hindi, Punjabi is an Asset)
