As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will work to establish and retain strong and influential customer, supplier, and internal relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for the daytoday sales activities, sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers and assigned accounts.
  • Serves as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.
  • Processes quotes and order preparation for specified customers
  • Work with appropriate supplier and reseller contacts and internal departments to solve presales and postsales problems.
  • Ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Attend and participate in customer shortage calls and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum requirement 2years degree with 3+ years' experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Superior adaptability, resourcefulness, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of a strong work ethic.
  • Time Management, organization, and customer service skills are essential for this role. Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and deal with preserve.
  • Bilingual English & French speaker preferred.
