Description

• Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Collaborate with contractors to understand project requirements and develop project plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain and build relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed
• Prepare project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, shop drawings, submittals, RFI's

• Proven experience in electrical project management
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems installations
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in project management software is an asset.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
• Solid understanding of project implementation methodologies and risk management strategies
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
