As a Technician at Repair Center III, you'll be responsible for handling complex repairs and staging/coaching for new customer products. You'll be involved in sourcing substitute technical components (same specs) and conducting expert assessments on problematic or faulty devices.

Location: You'll work onsite from our Montreal office.

Reporting Relationship: You'll report to the Team Lead, Technical Repair Center.

• Product development and training. Support in developing and refining work processes.
• Performing diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Introducing new products.
• Adhering to Moneris Solutions Corporation policies, covering the Code of Conduct and technology/privacy policies. Completing other tasks as needed.

Your Profile - Your Career at Moneris

• Degree in electronics required or equivalent work experience as a viable alternative.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking and IT.
• Proficiency in soldering techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows and MS Office suite.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized (ability to comply with established work protocols and methods).
• Fluency in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with various personalities.
• High level of equipment knowledge and mastery.
• Aptitude for articulating technical information.
