The Role

Answer phone call for all Torontobased Restaurants
Process reservation requests
Triage Private and Non-Private event inquiries and liaise with Event Coordinators
Communicate and collaborate with management regarding events and reservations
Input reservations into online system, making notes of special events, requests and dietary restrictions
Confirm reservations on a daily basis
Provide excellent customer service when unable to accommodate reservation requests
Obtain billing information
Maintain confidential guest information
Communicate reservations internally
Respond to online reviews, providing guest recovery as necessary
Create goodwill by being courteous, friendly and accommodating with guests

Who You Are

1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Strategic thinker
Able to work independently at a high level
Previous hospitality experience an asset
