Major Activities of the Job:

Administration of Media, WashingandSterilizationactivities:

• Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly work of a group of technical staff in the Media, Washing and Sterilization area.
• CheckandreviewRecords, SOP, logbooks, andmonitoring chartsforcompletion andinsurance of accuracyof alldocuments asperGMPguidelines.
• Ensureequipment iskeptin goodGMPcondition (with preventive maintenance, validation andcertification).
• Orderandensureadequate chemicals, supplies, andsparepartsforequipment. Facilitate dailymeetings andreportfindingstomanagement.
• Filequalitynotifications andparticipatein lead investigations.
• Coordinatewith unitswithin department (Upstream andDownstream) andother outsidedepartments (maintenance, washingandsterilization, media, QOtestlabs) andensuretimelycompletion ofproductionsupportactivities.

Health, Safety, Environment:

• EnsureoperatorsareequippedanduseproperPPEwhenperformingtasks. Drive culture ofHSEin department.
• Ensureoperationsareperformedin anergonomicwayandescalateanypotential hazards. Helpdevelopproposedsolutions.
• EnsureroutineHSEchecksandinspectionsarecompletedandin timelymanner.
• Promote waste and environmental awareness using 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)
• EnsurechemicalsarestoredasperHSErequirement andhasMSDSavailable.

Preparationofmedia, washingandsterilization, analyticaltesting, areaMonitoring, maintenance:

• Performaccurateformulationcalculationandmeasurementsofweigh andvolume andreleasechecks. Ensureeachcleaning meetsstandardssetinSOP, records, and in accordancewith GMP.
• Observein detail andreportanyprocessdeficiencies, performvisual inspection of equipmentforimpurityanddamagebeforeandaftercleaning.
• Performutilitysamplingandenvironmental monitoringasrequiredandensurethe completionasadheredtoschedule.
• Provideguidancetotechnical staffonproblemsolvingandtroubleshooting. Ensureareaisinspection ready. Knowledgeable toguideinspectors.

Administration ofDataInformationforCPProduction:

• Coordinate andoversee technical staffcompletionin SAPactivities.
• Ca pacity planning, budgeting and scheduling of materials and personnel (MPS,
• MRP).
• Create maintain process orderswith authorizationtochange orders upon demand.
• Ensuretransactions aredoneonatimely, accurate manner.
• Confirm inspection characteristicsforbatches, perform Stock Posting when needed.
• Ensure all data input is completed accurately and in timely manner such as Shop Floor Data, LI Ms, Master, change request forms.

Processimprovement anddevelopment:

• Coordinate and schedule work of technical staff in facility, equipment, and process improvement projects with Manufacturing Technology (MTech) and facility management (Global Engineering Maintenance).
• Assist implementation of facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.
• Writespecifications, protocols andreports relatedtofacility, equipment, andprocess improvementofproduction process.
• Modification of SOPsandBPRsfornewprocesses inaccordance with change control policies.
• Perform IQ , OQ,andPQfornewequipment.
• Attend meetings with othersupport functionsrepresentingproduction asneeded.

PreparationofTrendingreportsandSPCdataanalysis:

• Monitor and analyze production process andtestdata, launch investigationforout oftrend, alertmanagement andManufacturing Technology.
• Mai ntain test result and process database, assist in preparation of root cause SPC analysis reports.
• Collaborate with otherdepartmentfunctions (QO, MTech) forrootcauseanalysis andpresent findings.
• InitiateCCR, CAPAasneeded andmanage themtilcompletion aspercommitted duedates.

Housekeeping:

• Ensure production area is keptinatidy, GMP manner, following 5Sguideline (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain)
• Disinfect areaasrequired inSOP.
• Coordinate withvarious team members toensure loadingdockandhallways arecleanandunobstructed bymaterials orequipment, garbage isdiscarded dailyto designatedareaoutside production.
• Propose to managementways ofimprovement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years bachelor's degree (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering), plus a minimum of four (4) years previous relevant work experience.
• Preferred two (2) years master's degree (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering), plus a minimum of three (3) years previous relevant work experience.
• SoundKnowledge ofMicrobiology.
• Soundknowledge ofprotein purification.
• AsepticTechniques
• Chemistry , Mathematics.
• cGMP, cGLP.
• Problem solving, trouble shooting, technical writing, leadership, stress and time management skills.
• Computer skills, SAP, Visio, Autocad, MS Access, JMP.
