Our client, AspenGrove Developments - a small "boutique", vertically-integrated, residential design-builder - is seeking multiple Project Managers to join their growing team

Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba but with projects and influence all across Canada and a few American States, AspenGrove Developments' work and skills have been applied to both small
- and large-scale commercial construction and development projects. Their expertise and passion are in the repair, renovation, and alteration projects focused on residential contracting.


As an innovative and fully transparent organization, AspenGrove offers full design, interior design, construction & project management, post occupancy care, and real estate services - allowing their clients to maintain an exceptional level of service throughout the entire process.

Reporting to the President, the Project Manager will work closely with clients and be responsible for managing all aspects of a project, including:
Develop project schedule and ensures compliance during construction
Review/develop the project plans/blueprints with consultants and homeowners
Work closely with the centralized team for estimating, customers' selection and product delivery
Manage and schedule sub-trades/site staff
Problem solving during construction
Communicate with site supervisors, contractors, superiors, and owners on all aspects of the project
Manage and oversee project budget
Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in all phases
Manage clients and client relationships on multiple projects at once


Qualifications:

Bachelor in AC Engineering, or Diploma in Project/Construction Management, Architectural Sciences or a related field of study is considered an asset
3 years of related experience in construction project management
Experienced working year-round including winter construction
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modelling software is considered an asset
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Projects
Proficient reading and understanding construction documents, including blueprints
Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a continuous improvement environment
