- BSc. or Msc. in Software/Electrical Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience in a technical Senior Program Management role.
- Minimum of 10 years in a Program Management role, mainly in SW product development with delivery onto hardware and SAAS products across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Experience in managing multiple Programs and Projects in all stages of the product life-cycle.
- Skilled in Project Management SW and ERP tools.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience reporting and interfacing directly with senior leadership and executive level.
- Strong understanding of SW development best practices, agile methodologies (Agile, SAFE) and SAAS product management
- Strong understanding of NPI including manufacturing and supply-chain concepts.
- Experience in technical product development.
- Experience drafting and executing third party development agreements.
- Experience with managing third party contractors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.

Position Overview:
Avidbots is looking for a strong leader in our PMO team to help us scale and implement best practices across multiple programs. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, new features, new product introduction and product support for both hardware and SAAS products. As the ideal candidate you have managed large multidisciplinary projects in the past, managing a program budgets of $5-10M.
