History and specialization of GreenLeaf clinic


Our clinic opened in 2007 near Oakridge Mall in Vancouver and expanding ever since, maintaining a high cure rate for many years.

We are currently welcoming patients to our downtown location; a 1,700 clinic consisting of 1 consultation room, 1 herbal dispensary room, 7 treatment rooms.

The clinic specializes in psychiatric illness, pain management, gynecology, dermatology and internal medicine, which takes up a considerable portion of our patient load.

Patient satisfaction and referral rates are high, and the numbers are steadily increasing.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing exceptional patient care while ensuring efficient daytoday operations of the clinic
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with patients, staff and business contacts
  • Ensuring all tasks are executed in a timely fashion
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills:


  • Familiarity and interest in health care
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking skills
  • Time management in a fastpaced work environment
  • Detailoriented and very dependable individual
  • Computer literacy and always willing to learn

Required:


  • Must be able to communicate with an advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Must be able to speak either Korean or Chinese
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of work experience in an office or similar environment, experience in the healthcare field is an advantage but not required
  • Appearance and professional demeanor are necessary as you will be representing our practitioners and clinic
  • Team player but also independent
  • Experience with customer service or marketing would be a plus
  • Experience using Jane App would be an asset

Compensation:


  • Wage: $ $25.00/hour (will be determined based on experience and level of contribution)
  • Benefit: Extended health benefit/ 10 days of paid vacation/Paid Professional development days and Yearend bonus after 3 months of probationary period
  • Work uniform and onsite paid training will be provided
