Job Overview:

MRDA Ink is seeking a creative, motivated and passionate Tattoo Artist to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for tattoo artistry to deliver exceptional tattoo designs and customer service. As a Tattoo Artist at MRDA Ink, you will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic skills and create unique body art for our diverse clientele. You will work closely with clients to design and execute custom tattoos that reflect their personal style and vision while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to underoficiency in various tattoo styles, techniques, and designs.
• Maintain a crstand their tattoo ideas and preferences, providing professional advice on design and placement.
• Demonstrate plean and organized workspace to ensure a professional environment.
• Execute tattoos with precision and skill, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide aftercare instructions to clients for proper tattoo healing.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication.
• Develop and update a portfolio to showcase your artistic talent and attract new clients.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Participate in retail sales by promoting tattoo-related products and services available in the studio.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to tattooing and body art.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and guest services.

Licence/Certification:

• Blood borne pathogens certificate (preferred)
