Description

• Weighing and packaging meat products according to the specified quantity and quality standards
• Operating packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensuring that all products are labeled and packed correctly to meet customer requirements and prevent chargebacks
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety standards are met
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment and handle meat products
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or packaging environment preferred
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math for businesscritical record keeping and compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
