We are growing quickly and require an integral team member who is _flexible and reliable_ to support clients and our RBS Lead_.

Spark Rehabilitation is seeking the next outstanding
_Rehabilitation and behavioural Support_ in the Sudbury area


Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Work effectively as a team member in providing rehabilitation support within a school, home and/or community environment. This is usually done without immediate supervision, oncall, or on an asneeded basis.
  • Undertake delegated tasks to contribute to the safe and smooth running of the program, including research and development of new processes to support the goals of Spark Rehabilitation Services and scheduling of client care.
  • Create materials/tools/ for the team and use clients and research projects for specialized cases as designated by your Lead, Owner, or Chief Executive officer.
  • This position requires dedication to oncall coverage with 1:1 client care. We provide as much notice from the lead as possible by scheduling or on an emergency basis of evenings and weekends.
  • This is a contract position, wage is based on experience and mentorship requirements.


As an RBS in this role, you would work 1:1 to help clients generalize their therapy goals, self-regulate, and learn life skills when their regular worker is unavailable.

You would also be adaptable to engage with clients and meet them on their level, with patience and enthusiasm.


An RBS works under the guidance of a Registered Health Care Provider (RHCP) such as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT) and may also work on goals from a Social Worker, Psychologist and more while directly reporting to the RBS Lead.

Essential Qualifications and Experience/Skills:


  • A clear Police Vulnerable Persons Sector Check
  • Completed stage 1 TB Test
  • Hold a valid class "G" driver's license and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Appropriate insurance coverage
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Access and ability to use printer/scanner and know how to use technology.
