    Reporting to the Manager, Financial ERP in the Finance Continuous Improvement (CI) team, the CI-D365 Analyst is responsible to identify and drive the successful delivery of enhancement opportunities in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations) module.

    Obtain a deep understanding of the accounting operations performed in D365, the system configuration and how D365 integrates with other AIM systems.

    Diagnose current weaknesses and opportunities in the system configuration and processes to improve efficiency, financial information accuracy, and controls.

    Evaluate the impacts, criticality, and feasibility of the enhancements and recommend prioritization of the improvements within the D365 F&O project portfolio.

    Gather Finance requirements and prepare functional specifications that accurately translate requirements into system configuration and/or process changes.

    Support all phases of a project life cycle including as-is analysis, design of target state, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, end-user training, deployment, post go-live support and maintenance, documentation, etc.

    Act as primary point of contact (POC) and subject matter expert (SME) for the D365 F&O module on projects and support to Finance users.

    Work with external/internal configuration specialists and multidisciplinary project teams on larger-scale, more complex projects, including new systems being integrated to D365 and the implementation of new modules.

    Contribute to building a roadmap for the system evolution to better support Finance operational needs, improve financial accuracy and accounting compliance, as well as enhance system controls.

    CPA Designation or CPA candidate, an asset
    Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
    Experience working in a Financial ERP (Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O, an asset)
    Experience in delivering financial system enhancements (an asset)
    Strong ownership of work, result-driven and high standards to work efficiently and deliver high-quality deliverables.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
