Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the new ERP system(ECI M1)

Act as a liaison between the ERP team and other departments to facilitate communication and alignment on ERPrelated initiatives
Develop and execute rollout schedules for ERP system functionality enhancements
Provide training and support to team members on ERP system usage and best practices
Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration of ERP system into daily operations
Oversee manufacturing controls and realtime tracking within the ERP system
Manage inventory tracking, resource planning, and scheduling processes
Continuously evaluate and improve ERP processes and workflows
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align ERP initiatives with company objective
Other duties and projects as required.

Adamson Systems Engineering is a vertically integrated, mixed-mode manufacturer with an extensive range of modern production technologies located in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario.

Adamson manufactures high-end live performance audio equipment for concerts and on-stage performances worldwide.

Hour Shift:
Monday - Friday

Location:
In Person

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience utilizing and maintaining an MRP system
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Certification in ERP systems is a plus.
