The Sherlock Holmes Hospitality Group has openings at our Downtown location for dedicated and enthusiastic
Kitchen Staff who are creative, hardworking and self-motivated.

Must be able to work late nights and weekends_
- Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)_
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups and other food items using a full range of cooking methods
- Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders
- Ensure that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times
- Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area
- Professional Skills_
- Knowledge of kitchen tools and utensils ability to operate standard kitchen equipment
- Preparing Food _ _excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Efficiency and speed __ ensure the objectives of the station are met properly while ensuring highquality food standards
- Organization __ ensure the right tools, appliances and ingredients are ready anytime needed
- Knowledge of health and safety code and protocol
