The Role
Food Service Solutions Inc. has a job opening for a
Parts & Service Tech Support Agent.

If you have experience in customer service, answering customer calls and placing orders, responding to service tickets, this might be the right role for you.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude, and is willing to go the extra mile for our internal and external customers.


What you will do:


  • Responds to customer calls and address concerns with sense of urgency
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of products and warranty guidelines
  • Liaising with service providers and technicians in the fields and assisting endusers with their equipment issues
  • Responds to all parts and servicerelated inquiries
  • Monitor the service inbox and phone lines
  • Updating the Service Tracker with all status changes daily
  • Follow up on all open service tickets promptly
  • Dispatching service calls to service providers in the respective area
  • Lookup required parts for customers for respective suppliers and place parts orders.
  • Assist with any other service department function to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Review Open sales orders and unposted invoices and action accordingly
  • Process improvement and communication to stakeholders

Skills Required:


  • Minimum of 3year Customer Service Experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Previous experience using an ERP system or ability to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment and able to multitask
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
  • Effective listening and good oral and written skills
  • Bilingual English/French preferred

$50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
