  • Accountable for the quality of certified software releases.
  • Participates and provides input in all phases of development of products through the delivery of products to customers.
  • Accountable for managing the release test process including scheduling, monitoring and reporting to stakeholders release quality and release progress.
  • Provides guidance on tools, processes, and techniques for quality assurance in an agile environment.
  • Manages external vendor resources and external partner companies with software quality assurance deliverables.
  • Works with peers and other teams within the Engineering Department as well as other departments within T2 to design and engineer products to meet customer requirements.
  • Creates test strategies and test plan assets.
  • Proficient in other testing and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence and preferably Zephyr Squad.
  • Responsible for conducting performance reviews and career development of quality assurance professionals through coaching and oneonones and proactively preparing and conducting performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Continuously track and analyze online and offline quality problems while constantly improving the quality of the system.
  • Participates in customer support by responding to support issues regarding product defects and possible solutions.
  • Performs the role of Quality Assurance Engineer as needed.
  • Participates in meetings, conferences and company events as required.
  • Continually evaluates departmental processes and external tools and technologies for improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:


5+ years of work experience in testing and development in the high-tech sector preferably with embedded software with 2 or more years as a quality assurance manager.

Experienced in quality assurance methodology, SDLC, PCI SFF.

Experienced in people management processes and tools.

Passionate, self-motivated and can demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
