    Job Description


    We are looking for a Flight Operations Safety Management System (SMS) Investigator to play a key role in strengthening our safety culture and ensuring compliance across all flight operations.


    This isn't just about investigating accidents - it's also about understanding how they happened so we can prevent them from happening again. You'll analyze data, identify trends and recommend improvements to our systems.



    • You'll investigate safety occurrences, hazards and incidents by analyzing reports related to these events.

    • You'll use formal root cause analysis methodologies to understand what went wrong.

    • You'll work with department managers to develop corrective action plans that address any weaknesses or problems found during your investigation.
