Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
  • Conduct thorough need assessment to understand customers preferences and requirements
  • Stock vehicles into the system, reconditioning list, inventory list, and pricing charts
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Communicate and schedule appointments with thirdparty vendors
  • Other duties requested by management
  • Strong understanding of Google SEO, various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
  • Highly skilled in content creation
  • Ability to shoot, edit and post on social media

Qualifications:


  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Punjabi & Hindi
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with strong work ethics

Salary:
From $17.00 per hour


Benefits:


  • Onsite parking

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Mississauga, ON L4W 1E4 (required)
