Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook meals for groups and events
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
• Monitor food inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and wellbeing of customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook or similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and equipment
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.


Pay:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
