Administrative Associate for our Burnaby Office.

This support role is a pivotal liaison for our clients, team, and stakeholders to ensure we provide industry leading client first commitment.

As a vital part of our team, your superpowers are your ability to communicate and maintain a high level of organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • You provide superior administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Burnaby office.
  • You carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc. with diligence and attention to detail.
  • You assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • You support our accounting team by processing invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • You assist with travel arrangements and meeting arrangements for senior staff.
  • You ensure operation of office equipment and supplies by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories and ordering supplies as required.
  • You support the team by performing tasks related to organizational operations, utilizing your strong communication skills.

Experience and Education

  • Post-Secondary education preferred, though not required. Professional designations and certificates would be considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and others).
