FUNCTION
RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to)
- Assisting and taking orders from customers in the showroom and over the phone, answering incoming customer inquiries regarding products ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Greet customers with a polite, welcoming manner
- Offering product suggestions when necessary
- Problem solving to rectify/fulfill customers needs
- Stock replenishment, when required
- Assist with receiving, putting stock away and unloading product if required
- Research product, place orders
- Assemble orders for pick up
- Bathroom and Kitchen Industry experience, plumbing product knowledge recommended
- Interior Design experience a plus
- Excellent attitude and customer service oriented
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Computer literate, with basic knowledge in MS Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/Saturdays (we are not open Sundays)
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Physical ability to move large, bulky and /or heavy merchandise
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Appearance and friendliness are important
