    Nous vous proposons le poste de Leader technique pour les appareils de combustion (H/F).

    Description de l'emploi

    L'équipe Dispositifs de combustion (JTLD1) assure la gestion des produits ainsi que la direction technique des dispositifs de combustion dans le périmètre de la propulsion liquide.

    La mission principale est de livrer des produits OQOTOC et conformes aux exigences du programme ainsi que de gérer les aspects techniques associés (exigences, logique de développement, conception, V&V, évaluation des risques, ...) pendant le développement et le cycle de vie du produit.

    Pour cela, vous serez en étroite collaboration avec les disciplines d'ingénierie, la gestion de projet, les équipes de fabrication, l'assurance produit et le niveau supérieur du système.

    Qualification

    Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation de type Bac+5 en Ingénierie mécanique ou aérospatiale.

    Vous avez une expérience professionnelle de plus de 5 ans, de préférence dans le domaine de la propulsion liquide.

    Vous avez une expérience en coordination technique et/ou en ingénierie des systèmes.

    Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance dans la propulsion liquide et dans les dispositifs de combustion.

    Vous possédez d'une bonne connaissance des outils de collaboration et de leur utilisation pour la gestion de projets agiles.

    Votre niveau d'anglais vous permet d'étudier une documentation technique, de rédiger et d'échanger.

    Vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe et avez des capacités à diriger et fédérer des personnes.

    Vous disposez d'une bonne communication.

    Vous savez être organiser et faites preuves d'autonomie.

    Vous avez de l'assurance et savez vous adapter.

    Job Description

    The team Combustion Devices (JTLD1) performs the product management as well as the technical lead for combustion devices inside liquid propulsion perimeter.

    The primary mission is to deliver products OQOTOC and compliant to program requirements as well as to manage related technical aspects (requirements, development logic, design, V&V, risk assessment, ...) during the product development and life cycle in close collaboration with engineering disciplines, project management, manufacturing teams, product assurance and upper system level.

    The French-German team is responsible for a variety of component and sub-system developments like:

    • qualification and exploitation of GGAPU, GGV2.1, Vinci TCA, Vulcain 2.1 TC, SWAN and pyro devices for Ariane 6
    • development of gas generator, thrust chamber, nozzle extension and ignition system for the Prometheus engine
    • development and qualification of the Storable Propellant Engine for the ASTRIS kickstage as well as the throttable variant for the European Large Logistic Lander (EL3)
    • conception and verification of heat exchangers and pre-burners for H2 mobility
    • definition and demonstration of new designs and technologies for combustion devices, in particular for additive manufacturing, Green or Storable Propulsion applications and R&T in general

    In this context JTLD1 is looking for a technical leader for combustion device demonstrators based on additive manufacturing (AM) technologies located at the site of Vernon (France).

    Mission & Responsibility

    As technical leader for combustion devices, you will be in charge of the development of additively manufactured combustion devices. Your mission will comprise following tasks and responsibilities:

    • Management of all engineering activities and technical issues related to your products with the overall target to ensure achievement of high level requirements (e.g. cost, mass, performance)
    • Establishment of development logics securing OQOTOC delivery of engineering deliverables incl. establishment of time, cost and resource plans in alignment with program and involved hierarchy
    • Management of requirements and corresponding design verification and validation
    • Coordination of the technical interfaces to program, AM process specialists, manufacturing teams (including H/W management aspects), test engineering and ESA customer
    • Coordination of the change and NCR processes with all stakeholders
    • Contributions to risk and opportunity management as well as cost assessments
    • Involvement of technical authorities and experts network for critical issues and anomaly treatment
    • Preparation and performance of reviews, key points, technical boards, progress meetings etc. AG internal or with customer participation
    • Preparation and coordination of technical documentation

    Profile

    • Master degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
    • 5+ years professional experience, preferably in the field of liquid propulsion
    • Experience in technical coordination and/or systems engineering
    • Sound knowledge on liquid propulsion and combustion devices
    • Teamplayer with the ability to lead and embark people
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills
    • Excellent ability for organization of work in an autonomous way
    • Sound knowledge of collaborative tools and their use for agile project management
    • Professional appearance, assertiveness and flexibility
    • Fluent English
