Job Brief


As a member of the StrataPrime sales team, you inspire leading companies to work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace, Voice, and Chrome.

You advocate the innovative power of Google products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. You will always do the right thing for the customer, and provide them with the best solutions for innovation. Using your passion for Google products, you help spread the magic of Google to organizations located in North America.


What you will be doing

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, guide longterm strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Work collaboratively with wider Google Account teams to cultivate and develop business growth for Google Workspace, and achieve strategic goals.
  • Make internal Googlers responsible for leads love us by closing deals, making their work life easier, and making them super successful in their roles.
  • Respond to inbound leads while also researching and developing your own engagement strategies for warm leads in our CRM.
  • Lead highquality customer meetings (via Google Meet) ensuring needs and challenges are addressed in addition to sharing why and how StrataPrime and Google solutions are an excellent fit
  • Deliver against assigned business and growth goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience for customers and prospects. Increase the level of referenceability of accounts in the market
  • Maintain and grow current Workspace accounts in addition to acquiring, leading, and developing new Workspace opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Create customer delight
  • Be responsive, thorough, helpful and creative to help customers and keep sales momentum
  • Document sales leads, meetings, deal updates, and create deal registrations, customer proposals, and sales orders

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in SaaS, and/or Collaboration and Productivity tools sales.
  • Experience managing customer and prospect accounts with sales cycles, and reaching and exceeding goals.
  • Enthusiasm, friendliness, and comfort in discussions and written communications with technically focused team members, finance teams and senior business leaders
  • Active listener who can respond to inquiries with empathy and sound knowledge
  • Selfstarter who is dependable and can act quickly and accurately on multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail with strong math skills and proficiency with Google Sheets
  • Prepare accountlevel reporting including price and margin analysis
  • Experience with CRM sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience building strategic business partnerships with prospects and customers
  • Ability to plan, pitch and execute a sales strategy
  • Ability to build relationships and to deliver results in a crossfunctional/matrixed environment
  • Account management skills, with the ability to identify crossselling and upselling opportunities within the existing account base
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills. Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills paired with the courage to challenge the status quo
