Position:
Receptionist (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring efficient communication across the organization.
- Record and relay messages accurately for staff members, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Prepare various documents, including forms, letters, reports, and memos, using Microsoft Office tools.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining a wellorganized system.
- Maintain an uptodate master list of clients and handle incoming faxes and mail.
- Organize and maintain office records and files, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.
- Assist in compiling data for reports, contributing to the organization's analytical processes.
- Coordinate departmental programs, such as meetings, seminars, workshops, and events.
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization, delivering exceptional service to all visitors and inquiries.
- Oversee inbound and outbound mail, including priority post, packages, and courier services.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and dedication.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with general office procedures, demonstrating a strong knowledge base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and basic databases, ensuring efficient recordkeeping.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, enabling effective troubleshooting.
- Professional telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills for positive interactions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with all levels of the organization.
- High school diploma or GED, or a combination of education and experience deemed acceptable.
Salary:
$15.50-$20.00 per hour
