We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable Representative to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for responding timely and professionally to internal and external inquiries, as well as processing invoices, as needed.

This role also involves handling confidential information and supporting a variety of tasks to achieve tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for:

Investigating payment discrepancies and performing reclass GL entries.
Providing deduction copies and running queries as needed for internal and external requests.
Processing invoices as required to meet weekly deadlines.
Performing invoice audits to ensure accuracy and eliminating opportunity errors as needed.
Other accounts payable duties as required.

You have:

Previous office or Accounts Payable experience is considered an asset.
Retail experience is considered an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Excellent keyboarding skills with a minimum of 50 WPM.

Compensation Details:
$42, $52,500.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
