Sales & Marketing Coordinator (On-Site)

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams, various departments, and vendors.

You will handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department.

You will have strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills. You are a champion at balancing multiple priorities. In this role, you will regularly interact with brand/senior management and be a person committed to delivering on time.

We're gearing up to launch new brands as well as grow and expand our existing brands.

This role will give you the opportunity to develop new skills and sharpen your existing skills while working with the Sales and Marketing teams.

This role is based on site at our Mississauga office.


This role will have the following responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Working with the Marketing Team to develop brand plans and budgets for all current and new products
  • Overseeing project plans, the communication schedule of deliverables, programs and events for crossfunctional team
  • Preparing and updating relevant marketing presentations for the Marketing team
  • Preparing monthly marketing, budget, and sales reports for internal marketing review
  • Monitoring the performance of programs through defined reporting, progress tracking, and analytics
  • Coordinating with various external vendors
  • Facilitating printing and packaging needs for the Marketing team
  • Handling inventory management of brand sample materials
  • Maintaining and monitoring data integrity on all HCP, Pharmacy and Hospital lists to ensure accuracy in the CRM system based on third party data, purchased lists, and suppliers lists with a focus on accuracy

Sales Support

  • Planning and organization of sales meetings and training, both live and over virtual media
  • Planning and organization of trade shows in support of sales efforts
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting sales and supportive activities
  • Managing customer service calls on an "as needed" basis to ensure customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work within a team and perform independently with mínimal or no direct supervision
  • Strong attention to detail as it relates to product packaging and data integrity
  • Good problemsolving ability related to gathering all information relevant to the issue and presenting it to leadership in a timely fashion
  • Good organizational skills, resultsdriven approach with analytical ability
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Project management skill is a great asset
  • This is a fulltime, officebased position at the BioSyent office in Mississauga
