We're looking for an Associate Director of Paid Social who can lead strategy for clients while supporting the growth of the social business in the U.S.
You will be at the forefront of social innovation whilst supporting key accounts to ensure social execution is consistent and aligned to plans.

Account Management:
- Be a partner to clients in advising them on all things paid social, you are the trusted expert to the client
- Prepare and present paid social marketing strategies and plans for clients.
- Communicate client performance regularly and ensure we fulfill on client contracts and promised strategy
- Setup and refine processes with team that ensures budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals (i.e. Pacing, QA checks)
- Perform regular analyses and make datadriven recommendations, following our 'test and learn' methodology
- Implement & use Brainlabs' tools on all accounts where applicable
Team Management & Leadership:
Oversees, supports and coaches social team talent in the implementations of media plans
- and push them to think beyond the brief
- Manage up to 5 direct reports and mentor indirect manages utilizing a strengthsbased coaching approach
- Mentor to team members working on assigned clients providing training and shadowing opportunities and participating in new hire training program
- Cultivates an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agency
- Actively participant in wider company initiatives including, but not limited to new business pitches, crosssells and internal marketing efforts
What we really want:
- Someone who can own and drive forward social innovation for clients, and can evangelize learnings to inspire direct and indirect reports to push the boundaries of social
Who you are
- At least 4 years of experience in an agency setting
- Deep knowledge of performance media and analytics (can turn data into a story)
- Managed paid social budgets in excess of $250K/month
- Expertlevel knowledge and hands on activation on Facebook and Instagram is key, and at least 2 additional social platforms
- Experience with performance marketing/DR campaigns
- Effectively manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations

- You'll build trusted relationships with your account stakeholders
- Your clients will be in the know of new product opportunities that are relevant
- Internal team members will feel confident reaching out to you for social support
- You'll be pulled in to support New Business pitches
