    Client Service Associate, Business Development and Investor Relations

    We are looking for an energetic, proactive and results-focused Client Service Associate to join Kensington's Business Development and Investor Relations team.

    The successful candidate will be an integral member of our team whose main responsibility is to provide an exceptional Kensington investor experience to help build and strengthen Kensington investor relationships.


    Client Service Support:

    Ensure investor requests and questions are accurately and promptly addressed by collaborating with Kensington functional teams and service providers.


    Project Management :

    Coordinate and assist with ongoing due diligence requests from potential and existing investors (RFPs, DDQs, investment case studies, online data rooms).

    Assist with the distribution of outbound investor communication including capital call/distribution notices, quarterly investor letters, financial statements, tax documentation, etc.

    Proactively develop and strengthen relationships with investors by phone and email.
    University degree, preferably in business, finance or economics
    ~1-3 years of prior experience in a sales and/or client service role within the financial services industry is a strong asset
    ~ Ability to manage multiple client requests and projects
    ~ Relationship building skills with an ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
    ~ Experience using a CRM system – preferably Salesforce.
    ~ Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
