EMSL Analytical, Inc., one of the largest environmental testing firms in the North America, is currently seeking a full time
Sales Assistant at our Mississauga, Ontario location.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be working under the direct supervision of the National Sales Manager handling the following, but not limited tasks:
Trouble shooting client issues related to due dates, reports, pricing, invoices, scheduling, etc.
Arrange/set up client and/or client prospect appointments for Account Manager
Generate and qualify leads by placing outbound calls to qualified prospects
Data Entry and maintenance of hotlists, communications, documents in our CRM Program
Create /Send follow up marketing materials and/or sales proposals/quote
Any/all other Client Advocacy support services to help ensure repeat buying

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Science or Business preferred, but not required
Must be Bi-lingual in French and English
Experience with Customer Service and /or Sales Client Advocacy/Customer Service Abilities and Knowledge
Must have excellent phone etiquette and demonstrate professional demeanor
Science knowledge/background is a plus but not required
Must be able to prioritize work assignments and work in fast paced setting
Must be proficient in computer systems for Client Relationship Management Databases (CRM) and Shopping Cart Order Systems
Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) (French & English)
Looking for Enthusiastic and positive talent with willingness to learn, and ability to multi-task

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
