Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the Receptionist Area and boardroom, answering phone calls and welcoming visitors
- Liaising with clients on all matters from filing deadlines to keeping accounts current
- Scheduling special events and client thank you programs
- Maintaining the firm's social media platforms and regularly updating website
- Supporting senior accountants with client matters
- Drafting correspondence and reports as directed
- Miscellaneous other items required to keep office functioning efficiently and professionally.
Salary:
$41,600.00-$62,400.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
