Description
RGE Solutions is seeking a Business Development Professional with background experience in servicing Energy or Construction markets.


Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.


Responsibilities include:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Partner with sales teams to create contractwinning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborate in a team environment to ensure contracted deliverables are executed ontime and as agreed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree would be an asset
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) would be an asset
  • Innovation and problemsolving skills that include the ability to develop and propose valuebased solutions for clients

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$70,000.00-$130,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Commission pay
