    Influencing and learning about various aspects of the environmental industry; Assist with or lead the design, planning and implementation of field programs;
    Lead field crews and take ownership of crew safety including leading by example and mentoring junior staff on safety;
    Provide mentorship to junior staff while in field and office, passing on lessons learned and supporting in the development of their technical and non-technical skills;
    Analyze field data to develop management and mitigation recommendations;
    Write clearly and succinctly to convey environmental considerations and results to clients;
    Develop regulatory applications and liaise between regulators and clients when necessary;

    Maintain technical skills through formal and on-the-job opportunities; Work independently, often outside of office hours, to meet challenging deadlines and client requests.

    A self-starter who thrives in a demanding environment working as part of a team;

    Existing applicable technical and safety training certifications will be considered an asset;
    A desire to get hands dirty in the field;
    Solid field identification and assessment skills, and a desire to continue to learn;
    Appropriate working knowledge of relevant provincial and federal legislation and policies;
    Strong technical writing skills;
    Ability to work remotely for extended periods;
