Job Summary:

The
Co-op Accounting, Capital Assets role will be working closely with the Accounting team.

This role will provide you with hands on approach, in a team environment, to the day-to-day operations of an Accounting Associate.

This position will report to a Manager, Capital Assets

Now, if you were to come on board as our
Co-Op Accounting, Capital Assets we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Work closely with the fixed asset department
  • Managing and updating various reports for circulation to management
  • Set up new capital assets
  • Dispose and maintain assets
  • Create graphs, tables, spreadsheets, and presentations, collecting and presenting data and comparative statistics, and documents for managements use
  • Process invoices; data entry
  • Reconciling new business opportunities
  • Pulling and centralizing data from multiple sources to provide accurate and reliable information
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Keen attention to detail
