Description
Trident Global Assistance is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join the company on a full-time basis. The position is required to work from the office three days a week and remotely the two remaining days.


Responsibilities:


  • Process and distribute incoming mail
  • Verify insurance coverage
  • Create new files and cases
  • Scan and assign received documentation to corresponding cases and files
  • Enter data into the system
  • Create excel spreadsheets
  • Organize filing cabinets
  • Perform other general administrative and clerical support
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Proficiency with MS Office and Internet
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently and with a mínimal supervision

Required Education:
Post-secondary education


Required Experience:
One year of experience in data entry or similar clerical role


Required Languages:
English

Training provided by the company


Salary:
$35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
