Trident Global Assistance is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join the company on a full-time basis. The position is required to work from the office three days a week and remotely the two remaining days.Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute incoming mail
- Verify insurance coverage
- Create new files and cases
- Scan and assign received documentation to corresponding cases and files
- Enter data into the system
- Create excel spreadsheets
- Organize filing cabinets
- Perform other general administrative and clerical support
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS Office and Internet
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and with a mínimal supervision
Required Education:
Post-secondary education
Required Experience:
One year of experience in data entry or similar clerical role
Required Languages:
English
Training provided by the company
Salary:
$35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
