- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Excellent patient assessment skills
- Advanced clinical skills with recent medical/surgical experience
- Ability to make autonomous decisions
- Flexibility to meet unit needs with respect to patient care and technology
- A commitment to continual learning and a willingness to grow professionally
- Current BCLS required at time of hire
- Current ACLS required at time of hire and ongoing
- Coronary Care I & II, Patient Assessment required
