mThreat is looking for a Junior Product Support Specialist to join our team here at our Downtown Vancouver office.

About the position
As a Junior Product Support Specialist, you will be the friendly and resourceful personnel providing front-line support to customers.

You will be the most knowledgeable person on the team about how customers use the product to accomplish their goals.

You possess the skills to diagnose issues and clearly communicate the solutions. You will engage customers across all support communication channels to improve customer satisfaction and retention. You are eager to roll up your sleeves, be hands-on, and contribute towards the team in a fast-moving environment.


Responsibilities
The Main Responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Provide quick and accurate product support to customers.
  • Create useful and effective product documentation.
  • Contribute to rigorous and thorough product testing.
  • Engage with customers to gather meaningful product insights.
  • Advocate on the customer behalf during product development.
  • Work together with the product team to create an awesome customer experience.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Full Professional Proficiency with the English language (written and spoken).
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Experience with writing documentation.
  • Moderate understanding of Linux and the Internet.
  • Experience in the Web Hosting industry.
  • Experience with Web technologies.
  • Experience with programming and/or scripting languages.
