Unifiller is a global Company that specializes in bakery and food production technology. We design and build a wide range of depositors, fillers, pumps, and customized production systems. Founded in 1988 the Company is privately owned. We look for passionate people who want to contribute to our customer's success through consultative selling, advice and support. We create the easy way for our customers.

We are currently looking for a high energy individual to join our busy production and planning team.

This individual is responsible for keeping on top of the day to day priorities within the production department and communicating to planning job order status.

This is a hands on position which requires coordinating multiple priorities through multiple departments.

Primary Duties:

Efficiently move product within the factory among work centers or part locations
Job order kitting as required.
Work with quality and production to keep job orders on schedule
Coordinate's job order kitting sequence with stores personnel.
Coordinates Customer Care orders and responsible for on time completion
Verify inventory and part locations as required.
Provide backlog updates for daily production.
Rush order coordination with shop supervisors
Project Kit coordination of manufactured items
Follow up of NCR's and rework on active jobs.
Assist other departments when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Secondary diploma, Postsecondary studies in Materials Control an asset
Working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems, M2M experience an asset

Skills:

Mechanical aptitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to interact with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures
Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods
Flexible and team working attitude
Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs.
