Restaurant Manager

The Cora Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant located Downtown Victoria, established since 2013 would like a Restaurant Manager to join their team.

We have at heart in offering our clientele service up to their expectations.

We believe that service is a passion.

We are searching for a person as passionate as us, energetic, positive, smiling, with a good team spirit, leadership, professionalism and responsibility.

In order to do so, you will have among others:
To know well the position of all functions including but not limited to FOH, BOH, Administrative and HR.

Replacing in case of absence;
Training of new employees,

Schedule work schedules;
Reporting payroll,

Knowledge in detail of Cora procedures and methods (conformity, system etc),

Inventory and order management ,

Cash and transaction management,

Guest satisfaction and retention capabilities.
