Family physicians practice in Richmond Hill looking to hire a
Part-Time Medical Office Administrative Assistant. A great opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about a career healthcare environment. We are looking for someone that can work
Tuesdays 12-7pm and
a few Saturdays a month.

Position Duties:
- Patient interaction: Greeting patients in a professional manner
- Health card validation
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up on appointments
- Fax out referrals
- Maintaining inventory by restocking and ordering office supplies
- Exam room maintenance: restocking and cleaning medical supplies
Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Preferred experience at a busy medical office
- Preferred Knowledge of
OSCAR EMR System: - High school diploma
