Family physicians practice in Richmond Hill looking to hire a
Part-Time Medical Office Administrative Assistant. A great opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about a career healthcare environment. We are looking for someone that can work
Tuesdays 12-7pm and
a few Saturdays a month.

Position Duties:

• Patient interaction: Greeting patients in a professional manner
• Health card validation
• Schedule appointments
• Follow up on appointments
• Fax out referrals
• Maintaining inventory by restocking and ordering office supplies
• Exam room maintenance: restocking and cleaning medical supplies

Experience:

• Fluent in English
• Preferred experience at a busy medical office
• Preferred Knowledge of
  OSCAR EMR System:
• High school diploma
