As an outbound B2B sales representative, you will be responsible for generating quality leads, meeting prospects, understanding their unique requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts and sealing deals with CPG/FMCG clients.

This position comes with a base salary and very attractive commission structure


Expectations:


  • At least 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the CPG or Packing, Co-Packing, Warehousing sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills, active listening
  • Own a vehicle, clean driving record. Vehicle ownership is mandatory for this role, as field work is essential.
  • A strong work ethic and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Sell value-based solutions to senior executives and decision-makers
  • Work well with customers and external stakeholders with a problemsolving attitude
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and colleagues to achieve sales goals
  • Report weekly sales activities and results to the management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide feedback on market opportunities and challenges.
  • Use computerized systems effectively to manage customer accounts, priorities, and schedules

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calgary, AB T2H 2G3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
