Your day-to-day

Account Management, Marketing:

Work closely with Marketing Director and sales team;
Maintain up-to-date promotional schedules and client launch plans;
Prepare PowerPoint presentations following campaigns;
Collaborate with various internal teams to create content and promotional tools;
Create a monthly newsletter for clients;
Write campaign briefs;
Be the point of contact for our marketing clients in the Canada and APAC;
Ensure the delivery of assets to clients on time;
Help track and plan promotional ad buys;
Participate in the brainstorming for the development of marketing campaigns;
Plan tradeshow and event participation;
Perform product monitoring to ensure that the service images or text are properly displayed and optimized;
All other related tasks
Your qualifications
University degree in marketing, or other related discipline;
Experience working in a related environment;
Fluently bilingual (English and French);
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Proficiency in financial analysis and sales forecasting;
Experience in the television, mobile, or tech industry (an asset).
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Ability to analyze data and write post-mortems;
Works well under pressure and accomplishes tasks under tight deadlines;
Positive attitude and team player;
Self-motivated and self-starter.
