As a key member of our team at Real-Fruit-Bubble-Tea, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.

The Bookkeeper is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely management of all financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and cash handling. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable including invoice processing and timely payments.

This role involves working closely with the CFO to review profit/loss statements prepare financial reports such as ROI loan accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks Microsoft Office applications possess knowledge Canadian Accounting Principles Tax Law preferred.
