Description

Tom Lee Music has an immediate permanent full time opening for a credit officer.

The successful applicant will be organized, detail-oriented, possesses excellent computer skills and be able to work with minimum supervision within a team environment.

Duties

Carry out credit and collection calls
Analyze credit reports for suitability
Open new accounts for approved customers
Process and reconcile customer payments
Managing Daily queries from both inside and outside customers

- following up on payment declines

Qualifications

Knowledge of credit and collections policies, processes and procedures is ideal but not required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer proficiency, especially with MS Excel
Attention to detail and overall consistency is crucial
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change in a dynamic fastpaced environment
A selfstarter who can work with little direction
A quick learner
A Good team member
